Focus Technologies, LLC is the subsidiary of Focus Holdings responsible for providing technology solutions to MacNeill Group and other Focus Holdings affiliates. Focus Technologies provides all IT services to the MacNeill Group including application development and implementation, database design and development, reporting, a redundant network infrastructure and end-user help desk support. Focus Technologies manages, monitors and maintains MacNeill’s IT systems and infrastructure including the phone system. It also coordinates enhancements to an outsourced policy administration system, manages MacNeill’s business recovery plan, and provides print services for program management clients.
