We are seeking a Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer to work on-site or remote.  This is a full-time, regular (non contract) position. 

The selected individual will join a fast-paced, professional, team-oriented environment.  With minimal direction will conduct analysis, design & develop web applications utilizing Ruby on Rails & SQL database technologies.  This individual will collaborate with peers on development team, as well as partners in our systems & business groups.

This individual needs to be able to articulate technical designs at the application level, define strategies & work closely with fellow developers.  There will be responsibility for multiple phases of the software project life cycle by defining and driving the: requirements evaluation, development, defect resolution & preparation for systems delivery.  This individual must also be able to describe problems & make recommendations as part of participating in corporate technology & architecture direction-setting.
