In an effort to deliver on our vision to our people, Focus Holdings offers our team a variety of comprehensive health & Benefit Packages that include:

 Health Insurance: 

* Employer pays 80% of the employee’s premium for Medical and Dental coverage

Life & Disability Insurance:  

  •  Basic Life Insurance Policy: 2x annual salary up to $300,000 - Paid 100% by Employer

  • Basic LTD Insurance Policy: 60 % of earnings up to monthly maximum of $10,000 – Paid 100% by Employer

  Paid Time Off:

  •  Vacation Time: determined by length of service; 10 (1st Anniversary), 15 (6thAnniversary) or 20 (11th Anniversary) days each year
  • Personal /Sick Days: 6 days each year (accrued at 1.85 hours per pay period)
  • Floating Holidays: 2 days each year (see pro-rated schedule below)
    • Initial year of hire: if hired Jan 1st – Jun 30th –  2 days to use by Dec 31st , then 2 days each Jan 1st
    • Initial year of hire: if hired July 1st – Sept 30th – 1 day to be used by Dec 31st, then 2 days each Jan 1st
    • Initial year of hire: if hired Oct 1st – Dec 31st – 0 days , then 2 days each Jan 1st
  • Company observed holidays:  7 days each year
