Caridad (Carrie) entered the insurance business in 1971 as a Payroll Specialist and Accountant for Frank R. MacNeill & Son, Inc. She was promoted to Assistant Manager of the accounting department and later to Manager.

In 1993, Carrie joined the Personal Lines Department as an underwriter and later became the Underwriting Supervisor for the Florida Residential Property & Casualty Joint Underwriting Association unit. Currently, she is responsible for the management of the Accounting processes for all areas of the company.

Carrie is a Certified Insurance Counselor, completed the INS courses, obtained the General Certificate of Insurance Principles of Fire, Marine and Allied Lines Insurance and Principles of Casualty Insurance and Surety Bonding. She has completed and passed CPCU 2, CPCU 8 and currently holds both 2-20 P & C Agent and 2-18 Life & Health Agent licenses.
