Since joining MacNeill in May 1982, Glennon has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility within the organization and possesses a wide range of insurance operational experience, including premium auditing, loss prevention and risk management, underwriting, claims, and marketing. Currently, he oversees all company support departments and is in charge of MacNeill Group’s Human Resources functions. He was selected as “Safety Professional of the Year” by the So. FL. Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) for 1993-94, and received the “Chapter Achievement Award” from ASSE National for his term as President during the 1992-93 chapter year. He has been a guest speaker at the local chapters of the CPCU Society, Young Professionals Council – PIA of Florida, Independent Insurance Agents of Dade County, the American Society of Safety Engineers, the Latin American Association of Insurance Agents, and has served on the board of directors of the Human Resource Association of Broward County.

Glennon received his education in Business Administration at Miami-Dade College, and in 1987 he successfully completed the National PIA Insurance School at Drake University, Iowa. He has a Florida General Lines Property & Casualty License (2-20) and holds the professional designations of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
