Kevin's career in insurance began in 1993 with a major Florida based premium finance company. Building on that experience, he joined MacNeill Group in 1996 to assist in all aspects pertaining to the start up and development of a premium finance company. His role within the organization expanded into Corporate Development, and he was promoted to Vice President in 2000. His responsibilities involve the creation, development and implementation of new programs and special projects within the organization, management and oversight of the Company’s Information Technology initiatives, and assistance in the management of the Company's operations.

Kevin is an active participant in several trade associations, currently serving as a Co-Chair of the AAMGA’s Automation Committee and as a participant in NAPSLO’s Communications and Technology Committee. In May 2002 Kevin received the Earle S. Dillard Award from the AAMGA, as the top Committee Chairman of 2001/2002.

Kevin has a degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College and holds a Florida General Lines Property and Casualty license (2-20).
