Directors and Officers/Employment Practices Liability

• Molestation Coverage
• Swimming pools that are not fenced or without a self-latching gate, and pools with diving boards, platforms or pool slides
• For Clergy Errors and Omissions, prohibit:
  • Clergy Errors and Omissions coverage on a monoline basis
  • Counseling services offered for a fee
  • Insured’s use of contracted counseling providers
  • Procedures not in place to protect the confidentiality of church members
