This program is intended for Equipment Rentals with operators on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis (no long-term jobs or projects). There is no limitation on the number of employees or annual sales. Types of Equipment intended to be covered under this program includes, but is not limited to: backhoes, bobcats, bulldozers, earth movers, forklifts, front-end loaders, graders, and water trucks.

Grading and excavation contractors with no other Equipment Rentals with operators must be rated according to guidelines of our Excavation/Grading of Land Program.

Liability Underwriting & Rating

• Limits up to $1MM/$2MM available
• Umbrella/Excess available
• Confirm that underground utilities are properly staked prior to digging or grading

Submit:

• Work on hillsides or slopes with a grade excess of 15 degrees
• Oil field exposures
• Equipment rental without operators
