Liability Underwriting and Rating

• Up to $1MM/$2MM Limit (Umbrella available)
• Rate applies per $1,000 of gross sales
• Gas station exposure rated separately per 1,000 gallons
• Apply 15 percent surcharge if cooking on premises
• Total Pollution Exclusion
• Liquor Liability available

Property Underwriting and Rating

• Rate per $100 value up to $5MM In-house
• Apply 15 percent surcharge if cooking on premises
• Schedule gas pumps and canopies
• Property eligible less than 20 years old
• If eligible, a 20 percent Theft Sublimit applies ($50,000 Max)
• Stores that do not fit these requirements may be eligible, subject to underwriting
