Our Medical Equipment Supply Stores Program is designed for Medical Equipment dealers – including rental and leasing services – whose primary business is the rental and sale of home health care products to consumers. Typical items for sale or rental include non-intrusive items such as braces, canes, cervical collars, crutches, hospital beds, oxygen equipment and tanks, lift chairs or hoists, plastic or rubber sheeting, traction apparatuses, trusses, vaporizers, walkers and wheelchairs.

• Prohibited Equipment: anesthesia apparatus, inhalation therapy machines, X-ray and fluoroscopy, cardiac defibrillators, resuscitation equipment, radiation therapy machines, metal and foreign body locator machines, kidney machines, audiometers, EKG machines, diathermy machines, suction or irrigation apparatuses, oscilloscopes and monitoring devices, ventilators, intravenous or heart monitoring equipment.  Prohibited items may be submitted to brokerage
• Prohibited Services: risks with physician or respiratory therapist, stand-alone professional, non-owned or hired auto, vitamins/nutrients sold under insured’s label, manufacturing of medical, dental, hospital or surgical instruments
