Our Property Preservation Program is intended for risks in the business of recovering, preparing, and maintaining vacant foreclosed properties.

What is Insured
We have access to multiple “A” rated or better markets that provide coverage for contractors who maintain homes, condominiums and commercial buildings for sale or for rental. Typical exterior/interior services that are covered include securing the premises, removing debris and remaining personal property, general cleaning, repairs, painting, carpentry and flooring replacement/refinishing, window cleaning and lawn/yard work.

What is Available

• General Liability – bodily injury/property damage for handymen hired by banks or other financial institutions to perform maintenance/upkeep on foreclosed and bank-owned homes
• Errors and Omissions coverage available as an extension to the General Liability
• Additional insureds, including blanket additional insured, waivers, and primary and non-contributory wording available for a small premium
• Program is tailored for dealing with foreclosed homes
• Vacant Property coverage is available.  Please refer to our Vacant Property Program
