Our Vacant Property Program is intended for commercial and industrial vacant building risks.  Our product can be quoted for 3, 6, 9 or 12 month policy terms, either on a monoline or package basis.

Property

• Limits up to $3MM available ($1.5MM if frame)
• Basic, Broad or Special Form Coverage available
• Replacement Cost or ACV

General Liability

• Liability limits available up to $3MM per Occurrence/Aggregate
• $5,000 Medical Payments included
• Additional Interests – $100. each
• General Liability – no deductible
• Defense Cost outside policy limit

Additional Features

• Buildings under renovation are eligible
• Program tailored for dealing with foreclosed commercial properties
• 3,6,9 or 12 month policies available – policies can be extended by endorsement (but no more than 12 months)
• Vacant Condo units are eligible
